Summit 2019 - Save the Date!

This year, Community-Based Research Centre (CBRC) is celebrating the 15th anniversary of the Summit on October 31 - November 1, 2019. To mark this special milestone, as well as the significant growth in participants over the years, the Summit has moved to a new and more spacious venue, the Coast Coal Harbour Hotel in Vancouver, BC. The theme for Summit 2019 is access, and will highlight critical issues in health access and barriers to care among gay, bi, queer, and other men who have sex with men (cis and trans), and Two-Spirit people (GBT2Q) in Canada.

The Summit is a unique opportunity for capacity building, education, and knowledge exchange designed to strengthen the network of those working and volunteering in GBT2Q health. Local, national and international leaders - community members and researchers alike - present on the latest trends in GBT2Q health, including sexual health, mental health, and other determinants affecting the health of our diverse communities.
