Communications & Knowledge Exchange Survey

Help us be more effective with our communications tools and publications by taking a short evaluation survey. Ten prizes of $50 are up for grabs.

CBRC’s Communications & Knowledge Exchange Survey consists of seventeen questions that will help us get to know our audience better, as well what kinds of content, resources, and events our communities and stakeholders find helpful or would like to see more of. The survey includes questions on how you identify, what issues are most important to you, and what you think of some of our communications outputs. All responses will be used to help us improve our work moving forward.

The survey is anonymous and voluntary, and all questions are optional.

At the end of the survey, you will be directed to a separate form that you can complete if you wish to be entered into a draw for one of ten cash prizes of $50, and if you wish to be contacted about future consultation opportunities for our communications and knowledge exchange work (CBRC staff are not eligible for the prizes).
