Devaiya (he/they) is a professional coach, project manager, and change management specialist based in Lekwungen Territory (Victoria, BC). As a queer, Two-Spirit Métis/Cree, and neurodiverse individual, he is a catalyst and change-maker at heart. Whether it be on a board, in his personal business, or in his career, Devaiya is a little bit witchy, highly strategic, and fully committed to helping organizations and small businesses succeed. He is grateful to be a part of CBRC's board of directors and looks forward to contributing to the growth and evolution of this organization.
