Summit 2018: Values in Action: Anti-Oppression in YouthCO's Mpowerment Program Over the past year, Mpowerment, a health promotion program for young men and gender diverse folks run by YouthCO HIV & Hep C Society, has grown exponentially. Guided by YouthCO's values, the expansion of the program has coincided with a shift in program implementation that centers the experience of communities experiencing intersecting forms of oppression.
